I has Dominion Pest Control come to our house to investigate a vexing sound in the wall/ceiling on the upper floor (could have been but didn't seem like carpenter ants or rodents). They sent over a fairly junior person in the company, named Joe.

After hearing scratching coming from our ceiling and then seeing wasps swarming outside the window (about where the scratching was coming from), we knew we had a serious problem and needed to act fast before they got in through the drywall. I called a few other companies (because they seemed closer to us) and they either didn't have availability for a few days or weeks or didn't answer the phone. Highly recommend! Originally when I first called and said I had a mouse or something in my attic, I got a call back within 5 minutes. We set up an appointment and I didn't have to take work off to meet them at home. Adam set up traps, block entrances in our attic and then came back 3 times over the next month to check everything. We're critter free and loving it! I was surprised at how much they charged....hundreds.
