Sean Smith and Alan Mongje-Chavez, technicians from Gene Johnson Services, came to our rescue when we suddenly had an outside pipe water leak. It was not an easy job, as the old pipe was between the roots of the big tree. They worked very hard and found a solution, how to make the water running again in our home. We are very grateful for the job well done and would recommend these two young men to anybody who needs plumbing services.

I got four phone quotes to have our two mini splits serviced. The representative from 2 Sons Plumbing, who seemed to be a part the company, not just an answering service, answered my questions about what mini split service involved and offered a competitive price. They sent us reminder of our upcoming appointment, updated us on the technician’s arrival time and followed up to ask about our service experience. Our technician “Country Steven” was great. After examining our two mini split units, he explained the steps of cleaning the filters and testing the functioning of system. He went about the work quickly and efficiently, cleaning the filters of the interior units and the exterior air conditioner. His manner was personable and professional. We will definitely call on 2 Sons Plumbing for our plumbing and heating and cooling needs in the future.

The technician showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Previous attempt to resolve our water leak issue was not successful (thought that is was a roof leak and not plumbing). But because we had pictures of the home while under construction Angelo was able to determine that our water leak was not a plumbing issue but a HVAC condensation drain issue. This after climbing in the attic space to check the HVAC drains. The home builders did not seal all of the connections to the drainage system and water was beginning to leak between the drywall and down to the lower level ceiling causing damage. He was able to determine this without much destruction to the drywall (Thanks Angelo).
