Fantastic all around! I contacted them in the late morning Saturday, and Gaston showed up by the late afternoon that same day! Fixed my garage- replaced the bar, spring, and calibrated! My garage cable was not on snug, which was from a domino effect of other things, which caused it to not close. Gaston made it open and close smoothly! I called Elite Garage Door to repair my garage door and they sent technician Gaston right in the afternoon for an estimation and price is very fair compared to other companies I quoted. Everything got done early next morning and that is within 24 hours I reached out to Elite Garage Door. In addition Gaston also spotted a few other small issues with my garage door and fixed them on the spot without additional charge. I am pretty happy to work with Elite Garage Door and Gaston and will definitely hire them again if I have issues again

I coordinated with this company to replace a very old garage door and motor. Gaston contacted me to communicate the plan with dates and times. Because of how old the detached garage was it took a couple of visits to complete it but ultimately it was done to perfection. Gaston went out of his way multiple times to accommodate me and my schedule in order to get the final approval. I’m impressed with their service and communication. I do highly recommend them!

I love the look of the insulated barn style garage doors on my actual vintage farmhouse. Three doors installed, materials, labor, and removal and disposal of old garage doors were $11,000, so they are expensive. I would consider this company superior to any big box store. It did take them three tries to finally complete my job, perhaps because they were so busy. They have some very good, long-term, low interest financing worth inquiring about, but pay it off in the promotional period. I would use them again.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door! They were so helpful in rescheduling my original appointment to an earlier time to accommodate the closing of a home sale, and arrived to resolved the 3 issues we needed help with. So responsive, helpful and friendly! Awesome people!

Great quality materials, efficient work, and completed within a week from when the estimate was given. A solid company with great staff all around.

Ben was our technician. He showed up early and got it done in an hour. One of our coil snapped. It was only two years old, but we knew the coils couldn’t handle the weight load, since it struggled to smoothly open the garage door. He replaced both coils with the proper specs and rewind one of the spring. He had to work in tight spaces and didn’t complained. At first, I was nervous about the estimated cost range, but in the end, it was well within our budget. Highly recommended for their quick service and expertise! Thank you, Ben.
