AHIMSA DOG TRAINING SEATTLE REVIEWS
I took the basic training for adult dogs. Had a really great experience. They're very transparent. I didn't know this before I went but you can watch a training class which is pretty neat. The content that they taught was not really novel and that was pretty much what I expected. having the instructor give me ideas for tweaks and personalize it to my dog was huge. The instructor sends an email at the end with all the things that we've worked on. It was definitely well worth my time. I was feeling insecure with my first dog and now I feel much better. There's about 10 people in one class and dogs are kept at a safe distance. There's ample amount of street parking, you'll have to early though to snag the good spot right in front of the class. One time I was late and I had to park a street over which isn't too bad..
Ahimsa dog training has been a great resource for me and my dogs through many years and still is. They are my go to for dog training advice. I’ve participated in puppy training classes, puppy play groups, one on one training and sent my pup to puppy camp. I’ve learned so much from them. The Ahimsa team is very knowledgeable and very caring! They have helped support me through multiple training challenges through the years. I highly recommend them for effective training that will continue to build bonding and trust with your dog.
I have nothing but good things to say about Ahimsa! My puppy has participated in Kindergarten and Elementary, and I plan to enroll him in at least one more class. The training goes a lot further than I feel like the PetSmart classes do (previous puppy participated in those), and the real value comes from the in-person training to accompany any online videos you might find because the instructors will take the time during the class to help you work out unique ways to train your dog. I was struggling to teach my puppy to lay down for the longest time because the top search results weren't geared towards short excitable long-bodied dogs, and even then I was having a hard time translating what I was reading to his training. Both Ken and Wynona were awesome teachers when it came to talking out and demonstrating different ways to teach new behaviors. I've also seen reviews that Elementary wasn't enough of an advance from Kindergarten, but I found any repeated lessons were helpful reinforcement for my pup, and the instructors were always open to covering different topics when asked!

ZOOM ROOM DOG TRAINING REVIEWS
I've had a great experience with Zoom room. I brought my mini Aussie puppy to class as soon as I could. The instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced. They explain everything clearly and make it simple to be able to teach your dog on your own. They always have great advice for any challenges you are experiencing. They are friendly, courteous, and kind and all obviously love pups. It is a pleasure to attend class. Highly recommend.
We love taking our dogs to the zoom room! They have such a fun variety of classes. We go there for agility and obedience so our dogs can get some extra mental stimulation during the week. Both us and the puppies are always challenged to do something new and exciting!
Not only do we love the staff, but zoom room taught us how to train our pup and how to work on certain tricks and behavior that worked for our lifestyle. Our boy is now a performer trick dog through the AKC and a huge thanks to zoom room for starting us and encouraging us along our trick journey!!

SEATTLE PUPPYWORKS REVIEWS
If you aren't socializing your puppy yet, I recommend starting here as early as possible! My puppy enjoyed playtime here once a week as a safe social supplement to his puppy Kindergarden class. He grew out of his shyness almost immediately once he started here! Young puppies really need to develop social skills with other dogs their age before they hit adolescence or they can end up with behavioral issues. Seattle Puppyworks offers a safe indoor space for puppies who haven't finished all of their rounds of vaccines to interact with other puppies and learn how to play. The trainers are exceptional and very attentive: they're happy to give advice and will also keep you updated on how your puppy is progressing socially, and they use (and encourage) positive reinforcement training, which I appreciate. You get to sit and watch the puppies play while you're visiting, which can make for some great stories and photos! A play session will also wear a puppy out for most of the day since they get all their zoomies out in one sitting. Do yourself a favor and let your puppy play here while they're still a cute little sponge for social skills!
Amazing! Highly recommend bringing your puppy as soon as you can! Seattle puppy works helped our little boy come out of his shell. When we first visited Kronk was very shy and after a few visits, we are a social butterfly. Thank you so much!
This is so great for my 11-week old shy puppy! Peak hours can be a little overwhelming in terms of staff to puppy ratio, but more than once I’ve seen staff come over and address my shy puppy in the corner even with 10-15 puppies in the room. Quieter midday hours are great for easy-going puppy play. She’s growing so much thanks to them! I’ll mention I’d pay to just sit in a room full of puppies, let alone watch my pup grow with extra supervision.
