Overall, the is our second time working with Rainier (they did our first home, and now our second after we sold the first). Jared, Jose and crew were great to work with. A few items needing attention along the way were taken care of to ensure a high quality installation and our expectations were met. They did a great job documenting the existing sheathing that required replacement and communication of that process was excellent. In and out in a week for a full re-roof, skylight replacement, new gutters and downspouts, and additional soffit venting. There were no surprises, always transparent communication, and Jared and Jose’s customer service and client care approach is top tier at the end of the day. They were patient with our questions before, during and after completion as well. Fair pricing, too. We received three quotes and Rainier was the best value overall.

We’ve had to replace a roof before, so we have a point of comparison, and this was just a much better experience overall. They also got it done so quickly! We had to redo both our home’s roof and the detached garage, and I think it only took them like four days to complete everything and do the walkthrough. They were very courteous of our neighbors as well and our sales rep, Caleb, answered all of our questions. They also provided text updates and photos of their progress throughout the day so we were looped in on everything. We’ve been recommending them to friends that need roof repairs as well.

The communication was stellar, the project was done in literally one day and the price was extremely competitive. 10/10 would recommend again. They've got my business and my recommendation for life.

A Better Roofing Company did an excellent job with installation of my new roof. Old roof was torn off, a few Sheets of ASB replaced, and then new roof installed. The best part of the deal, besides the nice new look, was that all old materials were totally eliminated (cleaned up) from our property. It looked as if no one had even been there. No damage to any of our plants or flowers! I highly recommend this Company.

A Better Roofing Co was great to work with from start to finish. Daniel, our customer service rep who provided our initial estimate, was fantastic, the workers were professional and did a great job cleaning up, and it was nice to have a follow up visit/inspection from one of the owners’ kids.
