My charger broke and when I called and asked if he had one he did not. However, about five minutes later he called me back and told me he had found one. I was really impressed that he had taken the time to call me back. Unfortunately, the charger didn’t work because I think there’s something wrong with the laptop. The next day I went back and he looked at my computer and saw that I had an extra port for charging. It required a different kind of charger and he just happened to have one left. It was an easy fix thank goodness and he was very happy as was I that it wasn’t anything worse. I would’ve left a separate review, but I couldn’t find the link to do that. That’s the only problem I had with this site. I would recommend us to anyone with a computer problem.

Had a great experience with Matt at Computer Love. I had a Thinkpad gifted to me from a job I had left, and was struggling getting it to factory reset and remove the company software. I gave it to Matt to see if he could get it set up so I could re-gift it to a family member, and he had it done within just a couple of hours! I really should have gotten it to him sooner - I really appreciated his kindness and efficiency. Happy to support small local business when they deliver such exceptional service.

Awesome little shop with great pricing, helpful & thoughtful service and quick turnaround! I was able to get my laptop totally restored after it stopped working; he had the part in stock and only charged for the part & a surprisingly low fee, which was great. Dramatically cheaper & more eco-friendly than a new laptop. I will be using them again.

I've been bringing my computers here for years and I am consistently impressed by both the quality and honesty of their work. As far as I can tell, their work is always good, and in one incident when they were sent a bad part they did the full replacement and expedited it for free. It is clear from their signage that I couldn't disagree with them more politically, but that is only a testament to how good their work is that I will come back again and again despite those differences because of their exemplary service.

Reasonably priced, good communication, friendly and quick. Brought my laptop in with a bad screen and had it diagnosed and replaced in 2 hours.

Knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. We are very lucky to have them here. I will be back anytime I have a computer problem.

I would give 10000 starts instead of 5 if possible. I got my iPhone repaired here, and they’ve saved me several times—first with a broken screen, then water damage. Every time, they just knew what to do. Honestly, it felt like my phone didn’t just get fixed but got even better. Before coming here, I went to other repair shops in person and searched very carefully for the most worth-it place. Out of all the places, this place gave me the most value for everything. What I appreciate the most is how kind the owner is. He really cares about customer satisfaction and explained every little thing, which made me feel that what I am paying for was well spent. I will never go to any other repair shop again. I recommend everyone to rush here when they have tech issues—no need to hesitate. This place is seriously the best. Thank you so much again.

Was a pleasure it was to have my computer fixed by Go EBITS!!! Jasper is attentive to your situation and very helpful. He calls back if you leave a message. He gives you his honest opinions. GoEbits was able to recover my Data and fix my computer. I have a 2015 Mac. Apple suggested I go to this company and I'm glad I did. Also they have the Bellevue location now which is great and Anthony that works there is also great to work with. After talking with both Jasper and Anthony and felt very comfortable having them take care of my computer. 5 stars for sure.

It was a pleasure to work with Jesper. I'm really glad I found GoEbits and Jesper. They were very attentive, detailed and helpful. I spilled water in my MAC and my goal was to get the data in it. They were able to get all my data and change it into windows. He was very clear from the very beginning on what they could and couldn't do and how they could help. It was great and I really recommend it.
