I had problems with getting two fireplaces to work properly. Genesis responded promptly to my call, and we set up an appointment for a couple of days later. The tech who came to the house was very polite and knowledgeable. He had the fireplaces up and running quickly (as part of the problem was user error on my part). Overall I felt the service was excellent, and I will definitely use Genesis for any future needs.

Amazing work from Genesis! They came in and worked with my vision to convert one of our fireplaces to gas log and retrofit the other with a gas fire starter (I didn’t even know that was a thing but it is!). Not only did they take the time to understand exactly what I wanted and make a clear plan, but they even got up on the roof and found a few other critical issues that needed fixing.
