I gotta give a 5 star shout out to The Watermill. The Watermill is a business which is unerringly helpful. I have turned to them over the years for help with hot tub questions , concerns, and repairs. The Watermill meets my needs and exceeds them. They have provided me not only with lasting repairs to my hot tub, but free water testing services and education on how to maintain my hot tub. The staff of The Watermill has constantly provided these services with courtesy, clarity, honesty and a good dose of humor. Their repair work, advice on chemical management, and hot tub maintenance, has saved me money and extended the life of my hot tub They are a small, honest, dependable local business that is a true community asset.

Matt came out to my house and literally went above and beyond to take care of my pool. Matt knows anything and everything there is to know about pool's. After he was done he stood in the rain and explained in detail to me the issues with my pool. Matt's wife Jessie was amazing to speak to on the phone. She was very helpful. We had frozen pipe from a bad winter storm. The broken section was in a very awkward spot at ground level inside the drywall in a very crowded utility room. Mathew identified the leaking problem and fixed it nicely. He also fixed some issues that always puzzled us. In addition he taught us quite a few things about how to keep the pool running efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. One more thing, I like how they schedule the service visit. It's a two hour window but they texted me ahead of time with a precise arrival time. I have no hesitation recommending they to my friends and family.
