My experience with Jaguar was excellent. They were able to get me a same day appointment for a furnace that wasn’t turning on and my technician, Vincent, arrived early (after calling to make sure that was okay). He was polite, professional and explained everything he was doing. It turned out I needed a new thermostat. Vincent showed me an array of choices, from modest to expensive. He installed the thermostat on the spot and programmed it for me. I only paid the cost of the thermostat, which I was pleasantly surprised at. I look forward to working with them again for a routine tuneup.

Jaguar technician was incredibly professional, responsive, and quick in getting the job done well. Also, the technician was respectful and patient with me while asking questions about my house heating system. It took the technician few minutes to solve my furnace issue(s) which it would have taken me hours to fix it. Great experience working with Jaguar. Heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year so far. They were busy but able to come out next day. Tech was knowledgable and very friendly. Identified the problem quickly and had us back up and running in no time. They will be our go to service company from here on out.
