Lincoln Heating & Air

My AC quit working on a hot Saturday afternoon. Lincoln Heating was able to schedule a technician to check the system the following Sunday morning. Jeromy was great, thoroughly checked my AC unit & determined the compressor had shorted out. That wasn’t unexpected, as my entire system was old & I knew it needed to be replaced. After discussing things with Jeromy, I decided to go ahead with replacing the system. Lincoln scheduled the replacement on Tuesday & Chris, Cody & Dustin removed the old AC & furnace & installed the new Rheem system. They did an excellent job & were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. It was a pleasure working with them, as well as the entire staff at Lincoln. Definitely highly recommended!!

Five stars for this business. Was so happy I chose Lincoln heating and air. From my first call on a Friday late afternoon, Brooke the receptionist was so nice and extremely helpful. To my surprise she was able to get a tech out to my house the next day which was a Saturday. And this was the hottest day of the year here in July. Lincoln offers very nice service to have the tech email and call before they come out. So, I knew Davey B was coming, also saw a picture of him and a little history of him on the email. He showed up on time and had my A/C working within an hour, he was so nice, helpful, and professional. This is the second time I have use this business. Thank you Davey and Lincoln Heating and Air.

Davey is amazing, his customer service, knowledge and willing to teach us on why and how things are working in my furnace before, during and after the fix is amazing. He called to say he is coming over, he also came early which helped us a lot! I appreciate Davey and I will use Lincoln in the future!
