We visited San Diego from Seattle and dined here on two occasions. This is a nice, family-friendly restaurant with excellent food, service, and ambiance. The rumali roti is impressive, as are the dal and paneer. The chicken appetizers and biryani are both flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal after a busy day at the beach or SeaWorld!

Delicious Indian food!!! Highly recommended. Food is full of flavor and perfect quantity. I gave the food 4 out of five stars purely because some of the dishes were a little too spicy for me. I'm a pansy when it comes to spicy food, FYI. Very modern and classy atmosphere. Service was very good and pleasant.

The food here is amazing, best Indian food!!!! We ordered mango lassi which was so refreshing( they didn’t add food coloring like other places) my mom got chai(Psi: she loved it so much and was raving about it) and for appetizer we got masala fries it was so good, then samosa chat( also good), lamb biryani( the spice level was on point) and got their shrimp curry and the lamb curry( from their happy hour menu. The staff were so kind and helpful. Loved the ambiance, definitely recommend this place for authentic Indian food). Forgot to take pictures of everything cause we quickly devoured everything).

Was here for Sunday lunch. Very good Indian food for San Diego. My wife is Michelin star Indian chef (that means she is pretty good judge of Indian food for non foodies). The bad reviews are from people off the boat, disregard. And trust me, I am not afraid to write brutal reviews. Thank you for great food, fast and friendly service.

Great tasting Chicken Tikka and garlic naan. Comparable to my favorite place in North county. The atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful considering the area.

I recently was craving Indian food and since moving to San Diego, I Had not tried any Indian food spots. I am so happy this was my first experience because I Was so satisfied with the overall experience and the food. I absolutely love Indian food, and this was the freshest most authentic Indian food I’ve ever tried. The ambience is so cute. There’s even a water feature that makes it very luxurious, but peaceful at the same time. This restaurant is so unique And I will definitely be taking my entire family there when they come to visit me. The staff was extremely kind, so nice and helped me through the menu. Definitely recommend butter chicken, and the cauliflower appetizer and their chai tea is made in house the right way. I’m literally eating my leftovers as I’m writing this review.

Food was delightful. Surface was great. We were disappointed initially that they are not offering the buffet lunch menu anymore. However, we were able to order items that we know we liked and we were not disappointed. There’s a garlic cheese naan that I haven’t seen on other.Menus. We loved the taste. We ordered two main dishes, raita and two breads. Definitely too much for two people next time we would just get one of the entrées.

After a very long found some authentic Indian food here at India palace. Aloo tikki was so crispy on the outside and soft inside, aloo paratha was soft and Reshami kebab was so flavorful… must try. Can’t wait to go back. A little pricey but worth it. Street parking is little hard to find.
