We went here for a little bit of a break from Cajun/Creole cuisine on our trip, but it was really really good! We got the Roasted (whole!) Cauliflower and Arancini to start, which was nice, and the Lasagna and Rigatoni for main, which were both great - I did take some back to the hotel with me! The standout was our server, Rivers, who was absolutely amazing. Great service, attentive but not pushy, and also brought out a cake for me for my birthday.

Domenica was fantastic Italian food. Our group of 2 adults and 3 kids all loved the food. The best dish was the 3-tier charcuterie board, with a delicious variety of cheeses. The pizza was excellent, with olives and capers giving it a nice flavor boost. The tiramisu was different from the usual—more liquid than expected, but still tasty. Great restaurant, highly recommend.

Great place to eat and relax! Food and service are excellent. Recommend the meatball and polenta, rigatoni, carne pizza and for dessert, cannolis and chocolate hazelnut pudding.

IRENE’S REVIEWS

First time there but definitely this will be my must stop every time I visit New Orleans. The decor, the atmosphere, the service and the food were excellent. We had the fish dishes and they were everything that you could expect; perfectly prepared, perfectly presented and delicious. We also had the salad and dessert, also delicious. And of course the service, attentive, knowledgeable and perfect in every way. Thank you Demitrius for making our anniversary extra special.

I’ve been here a few times in the last couple months (bar side only), and I can say that they are really good at making their patrons feel seen and remembered. Really appreciate their great customer service. Drinks and food are delicious. The filet and potatoes were rich, tender and perfectly portioned. The bruschetta, oysters, and dessert were fab as well. I’ve enjoyed every visit and can say that Irene’s has definitely become one of my favorite spots in the city.

The bartender recommended Irene's, and it was wonderful. We sat at the bar even though we could have had a regular table. Great atmosphere with a piano player and impeccable service from Robert. The food was very good. Highly recommend. All dishes i had were the specials.

We really enjoyed our meal at Pascal’s Manale Restaurant. The red fish was grilled perfectly and the barbecue shrimp were a nice touch. The lady that seated us was okay though a bit dry. Fortunately our server was really first class, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was old-school, in a nice sort of way. We enjoyed the experience and would go back.

What a great meal here, this is one of my favorite places to eat oysters on the half shell and one of the best oyster bars in the city. All of the food here I can recommend and I love the vibe in the place. I love going here during the Holidays.

I was dining by myself so I sat at the bar. It was Happy Hour and they do offer nice half price drinks during that time. I ordered the Frutta del Mar pasta, and it was quite delicious - full of seafood and the sauce was great.
