TOP 3 CAFE DU MONDE REVIEWS
Ironic. We went late in the afternoon, walked right in, and sat down. Other times, we've seen a pretty massive line. The service was extremely fast and friendly. The food was good. Just wear clothes you don't mind getting powdered sugar on. It is inevitable you'll get it on your clothes. As a tourist, it was fun to visit and check off our list. I don't think we'd regularly go back.
Cash-only with a very limited menu. The beignets were well-prepared and satisfying. The service was quick and friendly, making the visit enjoyable. Just pick a table, and a server will come to you promptly.
Must stop in New Orleans! The line was predictably long but moved fast. Street performance while you waited helped. The sit-down line moved faster than the take out line while we were there. Beignets were so very good! Everything that I had heard was true about this one!!

TOP 3 CAFE BEIGNET REVIEWS
This place is great. Good snacks, good coffee, and the staff is really patient... Even with the couple in front of us who actually took 10 minutes to order because there was some concern about tomato in the food. Not an allergy mind you. Everyone in the line was getting a bit impatient but the staff were unwaveringly kind. I got an elephant ear and it was delicious, flaky, and sweet.
This is the place to go for fresh, tasty Beignets. The other place is famous, but the beignets here are tastier. Such a cute location on Royal Street. In addition, the sandwiches, breakfast, coffee are all tasty. Highest recommendation for this wonderful place!
Delicious beignets and tasty breakfast food. Outdoor seating is pleasant for enjoying a meal and feels relaxed. Would definitely eat here again!

TOP 3 CAFE AMELIE REVIEWS
Such a cute spot! Very eclectic and cozy, yet upscale. We dropped in right before 6 on a Friday night and barely snagged a table for two, so aim for dinner reservations or showing up for an early dinner if you want to avoid a wait. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and so quick with everything. I highly recommend the gnocchi, it was the best I've ever had. My husband had the market fish and it was also delicious. The seasonal cold soup was also a refreshing starter. Seats by the window have lovely views to watch people on the streets. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet and friendly atmosphere.
We had the gumbo and chicken and waffles. They were incredible, the best gumbo I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was the best, we sat on the back patio and it was a perfect day for it. Thank you for a lovely experience!
We went in specifically for the bread pudding and we were not disappointed! It was absolutely delicious, aside from the cherries in the bottom. But I would 100% have it again!
