From the first time we came in just to get her finger sized and for me to get an idea of what she liked, all the way through the custom ordering process and right up to picking up the finished ring, Frances did everything to make this experience simple, fun, and stress-free. Anat and her crew at Diamonds Direct are beyond amazing! They made designing my dream ring effortless. When it came to choosing a diamond, they brought in several from multiple locations for me to view and decide. There was 0 pressure during the entire process as well, and they made sure to show me rings and options that were all within our budget. Another perk to DD is the kids room! Any time we need/want to swing by, our kids have an entire room to play in while we look around. There’s also a changing room and they provide diapers and pull ups. It is so very nice and clean and thoughtful! Truly a remarkable experience that I couldn’t recommend more.
