I'm moving to a new apartment next week and have one copy of the Mul-t-lock key, which requires special equipment to be duplicated. I showed up at the store today (a Friday) just as someone was leaving and was told the store was closed and is only open on Saturdays now. I showed Michael the key and asked if it was one that could be duplicated if I came back tomorrow. He motioned me inside, made me two copies of the key, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The guy's got a big heart. If you need keys made or other locksmith services, this is the place! I will never have keys made anyplace else! Thank you, Michael!

The gentleman working there was the absolute kindest! Truly a lovely man. He copied my keys for me nice and quick. The store is conveniently located and has a wide range of items to choose from. Would highly recommend!

Really good service!! The price is great for commercial keys! I went to Lowes to get copies of my keys and they were not able to do it. But Mr locks safe my life!!!! They did it in just 1 min. Perfect! And $10 off for first time !!!
