Jonas had initially come to fix a broken panel for my AC unit, however if it hadn’t been for him i would have never realized that my entire AC had entirely broken. Luckily he came in with a completely new AC installed quick and efficiently, he had taken approximately 10 minutes to fix it. He was very polite making sure to put back some of my stuff that he has initially moved to install the AC. No difficulties in communication and overall very efficient.

Daniel and Nelson are both very professional, very careful and fast. They installed two new air conditioners, removed the old ones and cleaned all the dust inside the frames very well. They also secured the dishwasher with good skills and carefulness.

Mike was a huge help! He was supper timely and patient and helped me navigate my lost package.

I spent nearly a year living at Herald Towers, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best rental experiences I've had in the city. You’re within walking distance of several shopping stores and food spots, and to top it all off, you’re steps away from the subway, making it incredibly convenient for daily life. The building itself is well-maintained and spacious. One of the standout amenities is the gym. As a personal trainer and a fitness fanatic, it was important for me to have a well-equipped fitness space. The gym features different kinds of machines, free weights, and plenty of space, and it's open 24/7, which I found very convenient. However, what truly set my experience apart were the people who helped manage the building — particularly David and Fred. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made living here not only comfortable but enjoyable. Overall, Herald Towers is a fantastic place to live especially for young commuters, thanks in no small part to its excellent management and amenities.

Herald Towers is everything I could have dreamed it to be and more! Prime location in midtown, close to Times Square, MSG, Penn Station & Hudson Yards. I’ve lived here for almost a year and can’t wait to renew my lease! One of the best living experiences I’ve had and I am so thankful to have found it. The Leasing and Management offices are super helpful and answer any questions you might have. I never thought I’d be able to afford such a luxurious place however the leasing office worked with my me and my budget. The laundry room, gym, lounges and roof decks are beautifully designed and have such a high end feel to them. The views of the city from the lounge and roof decks are breath taking. I can’t recommend Herald Towers enough!!
