Great personal customer service by Jerome. I called the store the evening prior and spoke with Jerome explaining that it was time I replaced my mattress, confirmed their opening time of 9am and he told me to ask for him. Arrived at the store the following morning about 9am-ish, met Jerome and so began an hour of personal attention for both my mom and me. The other employees were also kind, polite, and had a sense of humor. There was no rush or pressure to purchase... my mom and I both left the store without making the purchase as h]we wanted to think about our options. Orders were placed later that evening and delivery on dates convenient for each of us. Delivery was the best! Drivers were amenable to wearing masks (flu/everything terrible season) , and had their own booties to protect my floors. Delivery went well and all we can say is, "Thanks!" Also, mattresses are perfect.

One of the best Sales experience I’ve ever had, thanks to Andy. We thought we just wanted a mattress but he took such great care of us that it turned into a full experience. He was a great listener, very knowledgeable and skillful at making recommendations without overwhelming or overstepping. I had such a great experience here! I was inheriting a large bed frame and needed a new mattress, ASAP. I also have back problems, so wanted something nicer and firmer. I’m so glad I came in when Boakye was working! He was so kind and patient, and truly made sure I was getting the best option. He had me try different brands and styles, even without me asking, to ensure I saw all options. He worked in my price range, never pressured me, and was very knowledgable. I would recommend Mattress Firm (especially this location!) so you can actually try mattresses out instead of gambling and ordering online. I’m super happy with the 10 year warranty, but I almost wish I would be back to visit Mr. B sooner. Thank you so much for your help and expertise.

Exceptional service!! Combined with extensive knowledge of all the different types of matresses they have and an amazing patience with the customer! This was my experience with Tim Hoerle who welcomed me as soon as I entered the store, listened patiently to my needs and advised me as to what specific matresses were for me the best to try and why. I was never hurried; was able to try and retry a matress until I was totally sure it would work for me and bought a matress that I cannot wait to receive! I fully recommend Charles P Rogers as the place to go if you want a product of high quality at a good price, especially during their sales which are genuine and offer even better value for money.

Today their terrific crew delivered the third mattress set we purchased from this company. Their mattress sets and bed frames are well made and have us sleeping soundly and comfortably.
