We recently had sixteen new Crystal windows installed in our apartment. The windows are amazing and made a huge difference in the feel, temperature consistency and sound inside our home. We are very happy with the fit, finish and ease of operation…the windows are effortless to open/close and seal tightly. We had a mixture of double-hung and tilt-n-turn models, and both perform beautifully. American Windows Plus was our dealer/installer and we highly recommend them as well.
Our windows were just replaced. It was a great job and the window’s quality is very good. Window replacement is big project for a family. You have to choose the right grade of window and use the right installation company at the same time. We have shopped around for a while, and finally a friend highly recommended Peter (American Windows Plus), he advised us to choose Crystal 2000A, E70 for our new windows. Though a little bit more expensive, it is really high quality glass. The new windows not only keep the home warm but also quiet.

I have owned my home for over 30 years and I have had good and bad experiences with contractors. Luckily, The Men With Tools was one of the tops. Their workmen were courteous, respected my home and explained what they were doing and if they encountered any issues. They returned when I called to adjust locks on my new doors. In particular Marlon stayed until he knew the door locks were installed properly and made adjustments where required. He stayed after 5to make sure my locks were functioning and that I was satisfied. I very rarely rate 5 stars but in this case it is well deserved. You have no worries if you hire The Men With Tools!!
The Staff of Men With Tools were professional and paid attention to detail. They thoroughly answered all of my questions during the purchasing process and had no problem going through numerous style options with me and my husband. I was replacing my front door and a little nervous when the door arrived and was ready for installation in the middle of winter. But true to their word, the installation was completed expeditiously, staff were efficient and super neat. I was thrilled, The whole installation took less than the initial time estimated . All in all I love my door but most of all the customer service provided was exemplary.
Echoing what others have said, I had a great experience with The Men with Tools. I recently had 6 windows replaced and the process I went through with them was smooth from the very beginning. I was never pressured during my decision making and the team kept me updated at every stage of the order. On the day of the install, the guys came on time, were professional, clean, and quick. They even brought us breakfast and cleaned up afterwards. Damian, Sal, and Alex were so nice. This is the first time I've ever needed window work and am so glad I found them. I will definitely call them again if I need a door or another window replaced. I also look forward to the follow up visit to make sure everything is in good working order.

Great experience. Jimmy was personable and very helpful. Had everything ready when we walked into the showroom. We needed a replacement window and was told by another vendor 8 week turn-around. Windows We Are had it in stock and 30 minutes later we had it in our house, waiting to be installed.

Sales and installation folks were very polite. Door installation took three visits to get the security locking mechanism right. End result was good, as my wife is very satisfied with the door.
