From beginning to end, absolutely everything that I was looking for. Clean, quiet, professional, friendly. It shouldn't be so hard to find a team like this here in Brooklyn, but I couldn't be more grateful that I kept looking until I did. I had torn up my kitchen floor two years ago, and had been walking around on the nasty subfloor ever since. They sealed and leveled the floor, and then installed luxury waterproof vinyl plank to my specifications, and they did trim all the way around the room and cabinets. Dyal, Ellis, and the rest of the guys were amazing. I am overjoyed with the result.

Gemini floors did a wonderful job in my apartment. They were professional, polite, trustworthy, and on time. My neighbor also had his floors done with Gemini, and was very happy with the results. I highly recommend them. Also, they cleaned up after themselves, and did the floors in a timely fashion. Great company.

Dyal and his team at Gemini Flooring are fantastic! Professional, easy to communicate with, and reliable. Would use them again in a heartbeat. We replaced our tile floor in the kitchen with hardwood to match the rest of the apartment, they did a great job matching the old hardwood (which was not an easy task).

Thank you for your rapid response time addressing our concerns. I have no doubt in my mind that this location is highly favored. I am recommending 10/10. Good customer service , Huge thanks to Eliana who was very helpful and sweet at the register & also staff kept asking If we needed help which is a huge plus . Store is very organized and neat . It was a pleasure shopping at Lowe’s . Will definitely return .
