What started as a presumed cesspool issue was quickly diagnosed as a broken pipe from my home to the primary cesspool, 9 ft below the surface, using years of experience and state of the art equipment. Their kind and practical manner in managing my expectations as a homeowner, made me comfortable with an already difficult situation. They were intent on helping see my problem through resolution and assuring I was satisfied that the work was expertly performed, and at a fair price. This wasn’t easy work and I recognize that. They took very good care of me, and left my property in terrific shape when the job was completed.
