This was the second time I had my 2010 BMW 328iX serviced at MINHS Auto. I went back to them because these guy's are great. Everyone and anyone I spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable, besides being patient, kind and courteous. I am very pleased with all the work that they performed and have absolutely no complaints. The repairs on a car like mine is very expensive, but MINHS auto prices are very reasonable, especially compared to a BMW dealership. I hope I have no more problems with my car, but If I do, I know that I have MIHNS auto to take care of it. And that gives me piece of mind..Thank you guy's, each and every one of you.

I was in search of a mechanic that specializes in Smart cars. I came across Bay Diagnostics in Brooklyn! It’s an a very convenient location, also has the MTA nearby in case. I use my smart car for work as I travel around the NYC boroughs. The service was fantastic! Nice and clean waiting area. Mike at the front desk was welcoming & did a great job in explaining what I needed done. They were also accommodating when it came time to pick up my car, I appreciated that. I no longer have to worry about my smart car anymore, I’ve found the right place!

Being a recent owner of a 2017 Smart car Proxy, it was difficult to find proper service in the entire tri-state area. To my surprise, Bay Diagnostics is just 20 minutes from me and scheduled me in for a tune-up the very next day. Mike is the manager and is awesome, the communication and overall service was impeccable and the price superseded my expectations - A1. I’ll be bringing my car here moving forward and would highly recommend. Very professional, friendly and efficient.

Great, affordable and quick service for BMW maintenance and oil change. Very personal staff Mike was very helpful and offered me a discount for my next service on my brake replacement. Max and David are incredibly honest and good people. I own a 2018 Volkswagon that was having issues with a brake booster. They took it and quoted me fairly for the replacement and a few necessary tune ups. When they returned the car to me it was still making a weird noise that was concerning to David. He said to bring it back when I can and he would diagnosis it again for free. When he called me back he was looking out for my safety and for the booster to never fail again. He redid my brake booster installation free of charge and labor.I was truly shocked and grateful for such kind and honest service from the entire staff. turn around time is quick too! Definitely go here if you have a European car. They're the best of the best.

Brought my car in for an inspection and they ended up letting me know I had a rodent issue in my engine bay, which I would have never, ever known. They were really patient and helpful, explained different options, showed me where I can continue treatment on my own, etc. They were all super friendly, even when I accidentally read the invoice wrong and thought I was charged for something I was not (SORRY, AGAIN). Overall I had a good experience, so I'm happy to know I have somewhere to go in the neighborhood if I have an issue again (hopefully unrelated to rodents).

I came here after a bad experience with another shop that couldn’t fix the issue with my Jeep. Dave is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and honest, and he solved the problem quickly. Prices are fair, and the entire team is great. I’ve definitely found my trusted auto repair shop.
