Dauenhauer just has the Best customer service of any company, I have every had to do business with. I have used them in the past. I would recommend them to all of the people I know in need of Plumbing in Louisville, KY. I have to give a big Thank you to Technician Robert Thompson, he was on time and really kept me up to date on his progress in checking out my bad water heater and what was needed. He replaced our old leaking water heater. I would like to say to Robert Thompson keep up the good work you are doing for Dauenhauer Plumbing and Heating and Air.

Very knowledgeable about the service. Came to our home & Accessed the situation and devised a plan to replace our main water line outside from the meter at street level and coming all the way inside to the main shut off valve. Showed up the next day and had the job done in less than 5 hours. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. They were polite, efficient and know what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone!

Kyle is an excellent technician! He was friendly and he was even able to make it to the house earlier than planned. We requested our dryer vent to be cleaned out and instead, we found major issues. There was a ton of lint blown into our ceiling and Kyle was efficient in cleaning it out and installing a new vent for the dryer. We so appreciate his knowledge and help!
