Excellent experience with Dom. He was personable, level-headed, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He took time to diagnose the problem and walk us through the issue in language that was easy to understand. He even showed us how the parts function together and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the job. He was more than willing to work with our busy schedule and help us at a time that worked for everyone. Overall, incredible work and customer service. The cost of the job was exactly as quoted, with full transparency from start to finish. You better believe we will be requesting him for future jobs if needed!

JD Service provided us with a free electrical inspection. John came to our home, performed the inspection and explained everything that he recommended that we change now or soon. He was very professional and broke things down well to someone who doesn’t know anything about electrical stuff. We ended up making a few updates to some GFCIs and circuits, and John completed the tasks in the same visit very quickly. Highly recommend!

Aris arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He assessed our old water heater and provided options for replacement. We made the decision to replace our old, builder-installed tankless water heater during the visit. He (along with Justin) were able to install and test the new tankless hot water on the same day. We’re very happy with the work and would highly recommend JD Service Now for water heater/HVAC needs.
