Great Customer Service from the initial phone call. They were quick in getting Someone to come out within the same week. Very professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. Always on time and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. BIG KUDOS to Keenon was our main service provider. He arrived as scheduled each day, he is definitely a Jack of all trades when it comes to concrete demolition, and plumbing/pipe repair, he never left us without running water, especially at the end of the day before he left each day. Not one complaint at all. Thank You.

Mr. Rooters answered immediately when called and they were available to schedule an appointment the next day. The plumbers were on time, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They were able to locate the issue immediately and were transparent with how much it would cost and the parts needed. There were no surprises because he explained what all of the outcomes could be and the worst case scenario. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Great service, great experience. So happy to have this issue resolved.
