Brian and Travis were very knowledgeable at explaining the water mitigation process. They explained the forms I was signing. Brian and Travis showed very good customer service and responding back promptly when I called. From day one when I called to schedule an appointment until the end process, the experience was great. I never had to deal with repairs to a home or dealing with insurance, everyone who I came into contact with made the process easy and less stressful. Daryl did a great job as well helping Travis. I definitely will recommend rotor rooter to others and tell them to specifically ask for Brian, Travis, and Daryl. Jon the plumber was great as well. I was so embarrassed to have him unclogged my toilet. He made it less embarrassing and explained everything he was doing and suggest what to do next to hopefully prevent future clogging when you have teenage children. Thanks again!

Eric Bradley is very professional actually looks like he knows all these Plumbing things very well and explained nicely.he came and he saw the problem immediately and fix accordingly within half an hour very professional. I like the way he's dealing with customer and providing the service. I'm giving him a five star rating.
