Smiths PL sent tech James Loonie out to take care of our plumbing issues. He was professional, polite and extremely qualified . He showed up in a timely manner and with the tools needed for the job. Unlike some plumbers I've used before, Mr. Looney didn't have to "run to the shop" or keep running back and forth to his van. He was prepared. I would highly recommend Smith's services. And I'd also like Smith's to know what a great asset they have in James Loonie.

Ethan did a great job repairing our water issue with a second floor toilet. He was very thorough, knowledgeable & helpful. There was an unforeseen problem with the flange that he rectified in addition to the normal scope of work to ensure no future problems. Ethan also reviewed several other areas in our home & provided expert guidance for how to handle them effectively going forward. We’ve had great experiences with Smith Plumbing & would highly recommend them, 5 stars.
