Jay was OUTSTANDING. He was knowledgable, helped us pick a great mattress, and honored our budget and worked with us. when we had troubles with fedex on a bed frame delivery, he took over the issue and did everything in his power to get us our order and made sure we felt heard and assisted. (the mattress firm delivery guys were also outstanding!) I really could not have asked to work with someone better. We bought 2 mattresses from his so far and will buy all our others with him too.
