Mattress Firm Springfield

This was a fantastic purchasing experience. I called on Sunday morning to ask about mattresses in stock and spoke with Anthony who told me what they had and encourage me to come in and take it vantage a text free weekend sales if I could. When I arrived a different answer name worked hard to make sure that we understood the differences between the mattresses we were shopping for a full-size bed for a 14-year-old who has outgrown his twin bed. Anthony was patient and didn’t try to oversell! Mattress firm on Boston Road will be our new go to for any future mattress or bed frame needs! it was great to support a local business.

Vincent was awesome! We came over from Bob's Furniture where we received awful service to see what Mattress Firm had to offer. The customer service was so good we spent double what we planned to spend and still feel we got an amazing deal on an awesome bed. Vincent was super professional and knowledgeable. He knew everything about every mattress and helped us make the right decision with absolutely no pressure. Highly recommend.
