Jay's Small Moves

I had a great experience with Jay's Small Moves. Leading up to the move, they are very communicative, by phone and by email. They call to confirm the move the night before and they text when they're on their way with an ETA. My moving day team had Manuel, Gabe, and Brian. They were on time, communicative, kind, and very careful with my things. They were also incredibly fast. This is the second time that I've used Jay's Small Moves and both times were great. I highly recommend them if you're looking to move in the East Bay.

We had a great moving experience with Santos and his team, Jose and Antonio! The team of three got us moved out of our 1-bedroom 4th floor walk up and into our new home in 2 hours flat. They were communicative, careful, and efficient. Use the extra cash you save on the time to tip these guys well. They are hardworking and definitely deserve it!

Wonderful customer service experience! They were very upfront with quotes and pricing info. Fernando, Jaime, Jose Z and Branson were very careful with my stuff, but also incredibly quick and efficient. Every person I spoke with or met was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use them again.
