This salon never disappoints! Every nail artist is skilled! I rarely request anyone specific because they’re all that good. The last two times I went, my gel x nails stayed that Ann did for me flawless for almost 5 weeks (I only removed them due to growth, not wear!). The attention to detail is unmatched, and the atmosphere is so relaxing (shoutout to the complimentary drinks as well!). If you want perfect nails and a pampering experience, this is the spot. Highly recommend for a self-care treat.

Fantastic service! I have been in Austin a long time and I have a certain length and specialty need for my style of nails and they always continue to come through each and every time. Britney is fantastic as well as the check in and check out process. As soon as you walk in, you feel transported into a luxury spa service with a complementary drink. The best part is that the toilet seats are heated and they listen to exactly what you want for your nail or waxing needs. Don’t go anywhere else.

Jenny and Mia did an amazing job and made sure to focus on the details. The wait time was very quick and I was in and out in an hour a pedicure and manicure. There was a mix up on which would be Shellac/regular but they were able to remedy the issue and assured me I wouldn’t need to drill down the nail polish when it came time to change my nails. Thankful since I am not a fan of the damage. Overall will be back.

I absolutely love this establishment! I’ve received service on 6 separate occasions, and have not been disappointed yet. I’m a very picky person, so it’s not custom for me to try new stylist. I usually stick with one individual. I’ve had a different tech each time I’ve visited. Not only has everyone been extremely skilled, but they’re fast as well. They’re able to accomplish any style that I request, and the foot massages make it almost impossible to leave. Management and staff are extremely sweet, and it’s evident that they truly love what they do. Do not cheat yourself. Definitely check these guys out and you will not regret it.

Me my mom and daughter just love coming here to get our nails done. From the sensitive to the unexperienced and a picky also particular. But Everybody is just so nice and friendly. They will definitely accommodate to your every liking. 100/10. I will definitely recommend coming here prices are very fair and they will treat you like family.

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! They take their time and make sure you’re comfortable. I absolutely love my nails and will be back soon. Thank you so much.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Sony since I was 17, I’m 24 Now. She’s been open to all of my nail ideas and I value her opinion so much. Shes absolutely KILLER at a Stiletto nail and I LOVE her French Manicures. She pays attention to the shape of the nail so well and it’s what I enjoy the most about her work. My experience in her chair is always positive and she makes me feel like the prettiest girl in the salon when I leave. She hand paints, does airbrush, and 3D gel. I ONLY book my nails with Sony! She does an amazing job of fitting me into her schedule when I need a new set. I wake up bright and early just to get my nails done by her and I typically suck at waking up before 10am.

i've been coming to kim's for a few years now and i absolutely love it! Mia has been my nail tech since I started going, and I swear by her! I will never go to anybody else. She is absolutely the best. mia is so talented, she can do any design that you want and you can tell that she really loves her job and takes time doing your nails. she even does me daughters nails!! love you mia.

I have been going here for over a year, and Mia always does an amazing job. She is incredibly talented and is able to do any design I'd like to try. I get gel and she is also very gentle with removing the gel each time so my nails never get brittle. She's great.
