Wow! I can tell that there's a new sheriff in town. Darla is very welcoming, Alba is accommodating and reasonable. Both ladies made my day. Before I was quite uncomfortable pawning stuff there because of how some employees handle business. Now They're very considerate and now there's a great customer service and that itself is a big game changer in any business.

Diane was wonderful and extremely helpful when I came in to shop for a bass guitar. She promptly helped me get a great deal and worked with me to get the best value! I’ll definitely be back.
