Dr. Justin and his office manager, Aaron, are truly wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and cared for. Dr. Justin was able to slide me in for a quick eye pressure test after a pinguecula surgery that my MN based Ophthalmologist was asking I do while in Brooklyn. Dr. Justin and Aaron are both kind, sweet, cute and professional- it's clear they genuinely care about their patients. This office feels like the Gem of Park Slope. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I had the best experience at Park Slope Eye! Dr. Justin was so kind and efficient. I felt very comfortable and he also taught me a lot about my eyes which was great to have a better understanding of what was going on. The front desk was also wonderful and helped me out so much with my insurance! Very nice people who care more about customer experience and health than just making some money! I feel so lucky to have found such a great eye doctor!

Staff is very friendly and prompt. I received necessary information via email almost immediately. Dr. Justin is also incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive. None of my prior doctors have really ever spent the time to go into detail on what they were seeing like he had - or even just providing context that made my appointment more interesting and educational. I had a great experience here.

I had a fantastic experience at Eye Crafters Optical in downtown Brooklyn. The staff was professional, warm, and incredibly friendly. Dr. Daniel Rafaelov, O.D., was excellent—very attentive, thorough, and truly focused on patient care. The office uses the latest technology, which made the exam quick and comfortable. My wait time to see the doctor was very short, which I really appreciated. They accept all insurance, making the whole process smooth and stress?free. I highly recommend Eye Crafters Optical for anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.

Excellent experience! Dr. Rafaelov is attentive and a great communicator. He listened to my concerns, was very thorough with the testing, and took the time to explain everything at each step. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shiyan is one of the best Optometrists in NYC. Very clear in her understanding of your concerns and provides the best treatments and solutions to your needs. The staff at Eyes On Second are very attentive and are extremely helpful. I've been a loyal customer for years and don't see that changing anytime soon.

Had a great experience here. Eye exam was very thorough and informative. Great customer service as well, helping with picking out glasses and explaining all the options I had for lenses. Will recommend to all my friends needing a new eye care place.

Dr. Shiyan has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. She's thorough in her exam and takes time to explain her findings, and has patience answering questions. I always enjoy a visit to her office!.
