This is honestly one of the most relaxing massage experiences I’ve ever had. It’s not just how the staff massage you it’s the entire atmosphere. The calming scent, the soothing music, and the warm, peaceful vibe instantly made me feel at ease. The massage itself was so good that I actually fell asleep that’s how relaxing it was! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their customers. After a long, tiring week at work, this place completely relieved my stiff body and cleared my mind. If you’re feeling exhausted or stressed and need to unwind, I highly recommend coming here. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need to recharge.

Clean, quiet, lovely spa atmosphere. Able to accommodate me with 2 friends on a Saturday afternoon. Thai massage therapist was SO good! Great for deep massage. Super customer service and care. Already scheduled my next appointment.

Very nice and clean massage place, we did a couples massage and they made it very comfortable and relaxing. Ending with champagne and chocolate. Next time we are in New York we will be sure to stop by again.

Great location!! Wide variety of massage and facial options. I tried many massage therapist and the two estheticians and they are all awesome! Very nice, clean and professional ! If you are looking to relax and improve your skin and this is your go to place.

Best Massage Envy in the city! The reception is always very welcoming and friendly both on the phone and in person. Consistent level of wonderful customer service over the years and the massages are great as well. Love this location and the membership rates make it worth it.

Love their services! From facial to massages. I always feel so much better. The massages gets rid of all my knots and the facials leave my face flowing and so moisturized when I leave. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I have both been in the care of Beret recently. I for prenatal massage and my husband for a bulged disk. Beret does the best work we’ve had. She takes a holistic approach to her practice bringing in her training in anatomy, yoga, breath, physical therapy, diet, etc. There aren’t many professionals in the area that are versed in all areas and can provide the BEST care. We recommend her practice highly.

I am a professional classical singer. I have suffered from TMJ for many years. Body Mechanics offers extremely helpful TMJ massage. My symptoms have greatly decreased. I am thrilled with the results and my singing has greatly improved.

Delaney is absolutely amazing! I am so picky with my massages and she is really attentive to what I say. Also the fact that they make medical receipts that I send to my insurance has been a life saver.
