CAPSULE REVIEWS

Let’s talk about a game changer! Capsule is AMAZING! They handled the prior authorization I needed for a medicine and it was done within an hour (when my doctors do it it’s days going back and forth). They also have a courier deliver my medicine completely *for free* (I don’t even think I’m supposed to tip). Their customer service is also really helpful (they actually text you back instead of keeping you on hold for hours) and handle my insurance company for me. Unfortunately, my insurance requires a 90-day supply through their mail order, so I can’t use them anymore, but they also alerted me to my insurance’s issue and handled transferring the prescription over to them without me having to do anything. I cannot recommend them more highly! My doctors all love it, too, since it’s a lot fewer steps for them. I can’t believe they handle insurance all day and are so kind, competent, friendly, and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend them!

Capsule is such a game changer for prescriptions. It’s so easy. They send reminders before your pills run out. There’s no waiting. It arrives on your doorstep. Their customer service is outstanding, and they’re willing to help you get the lowest price possible. I will use them as long as I take prescriptions. 10/10. The best!!

I absolutely LOVE having Capsule as my pharmacy!!! Since day 1, Capsule has been nothing but professional, polite, and courteous. I can pickup my prescriptions in person, schedule delivery on the app, and even TEXT a pharmacist with any questions I have. They are amazing and I don't think I'll ever switch to another pharmacy. Like other reviewers, I feel so lucky to have Ballard as my neighborhood pharmacy. From the front to the back of the store, everyone who works there is knowledgeable, helpful and always lovely. They also seem to have everything you need beyond what you'd find in a regular drugstore. So, if you want to shop local, check here first!

This is the best pharmacy ever. Always so nice and helpful. They charged me a fraction of the price Wallgreens tried to charge me for a Rx. I always get my vaccines here - quick painless and everyone is so nice and helpful. This place is truly a gem in this ever increasingly corporate world.
