I went into ModernMD with chest pains and was treated quickly. The staff and medical team were professional, attentive, and made a scary situation easier to stay calm. They explained in detail what they planned to do every step of the way, and gave me comprehensive but easy to understand guidance post visit. I’ve been here before and will always go back when I’m in need because I truly have felt cared for at this Liberty Avenue location.

They called me fast. The Dr's , nurses and the receptionist was very pleasant . My first time going there also the security who told you what to do and about the text your going to receive. I give them 5 stars also it's very clean. Great job.

Nice and clean very respectful and caring.. First time going and they took good care of me also they knew I’m hard of hearing so they made sure I understood everything… salute I will be back if I ever get sick

MIDTOWN NEW YORK DOCTORS URGENT CARE REVIEWS

Great experience here - after making an appointment, I showed up early and was able to be seen early. I got a very small piece of glass stuck in my finger and the PA was able to get it out successfully. All the staff were very helpful and the facility was clean. Would return if I had any urgent care needs in the future.

I've been here with family twice and this is a very nice quiet place,they deserve all the stars in the world. No issues here at all I highly Recommend this urgent care the staff are Soo humane they really care for their patients thanks.

Definitely going back. they work really fast and well. Alex the receptionist was really nice and sweet. Khensy the MA worked really fast and explained all so well and Dechen the PA was lovely.

This is my first time ever coming to med right urgent care and I have to be honest when I tell you that it has been the best experience I have ever had the staff James and Bella were absolutely amazing. They were so happy and friendly and informative and the young girl in the back Michaela was a delight the provider was extremely patient and helpful the gentleman That did my x-ray Kevin I think it was very professional all in all this experience at MedRite was a top notch

Today was my first time at this location and the medical assistant Leah was very nice and helpful. Although it was very busy and the wait time was really long because there were only two people working. She explained everything so well and was very thorough despite there being many patients. Dr. platzman was also very nice and welcoming and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend this place a million times to anyone !

I love this urgent care they are very effective and super fast! I love the doctor there! Is very nice and polite! I love him ! And the nurses.
