I had been working with Judith for almost 3 years and I am so thankful to have that experience. I was definitely one of those people who felt like I didn't need a therapist because I was the one people went to for help until life started kicking my butt. I was hurting, lost, and confused about where my life was going. Beating myself up about some things in my past. I started therapy, but barely spoke at first. Then one day I broke down because I couldn't hide it anymore. I felt so safe and more open to expressing how I felt. It took a little while, but I finally realized my strengths and acknowledged my shortcomings. Learned from the past and kept moving forward. I'm more confident and have a better understanding of self and the people in my life. I've learned to set and keep healthy boundaries. She isn't just a therapist, she is a life coach too. That combo was so needed. Highly recommend seeing this amazing woman.

Everyone needs a Life Coach like Judith in their life. She applies a pragmatic approach to tackling complex circumstances in a person’s life. I’ve been able to apply the advice she has given me to an array of situations that were difficult for me to face on my own. She also has excellent listening skills. You can tell that she is actually absorbing what you’re telling her during your sessions and she draws upon the information you discussed with her in future sessions. I greatly appreciate the positive impact she has had on me and my family since I started with her.
