I joined Complete Body around the end of January and started off with personal training. I hadn't been to a gym in over 7 months and I felt like I needed the extra push and a professional to help me get back in shape in time for my wedding! I have been training with Tommy and he has been an awesome trainer!! He is very knowledgeable and gives me the extra push and motivation I need. In one month I was able to gain 4lbs of muscle and lose body fat! This is my second month training with him.
