Ritchie has been our tech for a few months now & to say he is awesome, is an understatement! He has gone above and beyond for us, wether that was with our big treatments or trying to catch these stubborn mice we have been dealing with, he has put 100% effort into helping the situations! He’s trustworthy, accountable & easy to talk to. If the conversation came up, I would most definitely recommend Orkin to anyone & everyone.

The Reno location is great. Had a sudden infestation of ants. Dispatch scheduled me for a few days out, but the local manager was able to send a technician that day. The technician took care of the problem, and I haven’t seen an ant in several months.

We have used other Pest control serivices in the past and Orkin is head and shoulders above the rest. The Orkin tech Ricardo does a great job, he is friendly, professional and takes care of business.
