Ronin Pest Control

This review is a long time coming. It was very good fortune that I was referred to Ronin Pest Control 6 years ago. I have used them several times a year at our rentals for a variety of pests and rodents. Amy and everyone in the office are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They return calls and respond to my emails promptly. Appointments are confirmed the day before and the technicians call 30 minutes before they arrive. I sometimes have tenants call them directly and the office kindly coordinates the service times and keeps me posted. The technicians are always informative and very thorough. Jonathan has been out many times and makes this unpleasant part of property ownership relatively painless. He always takes his time to explain treatment options and why they work. He really understands his business. Jonathan was out twice in the last week. He patiently dealt with a very particular tenant while communicating with me throughout the process. He helped put together a multi-pronged plan to address the issues at that property. Thanks Jonathan! For me, maintaining a property with confidence requires a reliable team; plumber, electrician, handyman, and I’m lucky to have Ronin in my corner.

Raul did an amazing job. He was very thorough found the problem and fixed it for us. And we appreciate the several follow-ups that you did for us without charge. You fulfilled promise to get the job done. And we are very satisfied.

Jonathan was on time, very pleasant, efficient and dealt with my problem swiftly. Highly recommend Ronin. Inspection fee was included in the price of $300 for four traps and a free return should there be something to remove.
