Awesome experience for the first time using Terminix at our property which is fairly large. We were assigned Kyle , Barker- our technician who is a master tech, and I would highly recommend requesting him. He went above and beyond and took his time, but also explained. He was so much fun and has the best personality. I could talk to this man and laugh all day with him. Super excited he’s coming back in three months and wouldn’t have anyone else come to our house. If you sign up please ask for Kyle Barker. He is the best and so much fun but most of all professional and extremely thorough and careful. Wouldn’t have anyone else. Thank you, Kyle and thank you Terminix. This man deserves a huge raise.

Dee’s customer service and professionalism is 1st class. As a sales professional that goes a long way for me. There are other pest control companies that I could pay less for but I stay with Terminix because of the way Dee communicates prior to each service and follows up with a personal message when he’s done. He represents Terminix extremely well and I hope the company rewards him accordingly.

Our technician Tripp is amazing! He’s an incredible communicator, is always on time and is consistent and proactive about treating our home and yard. We have a challenging property and he always knows the right remedy — no matter what time of year. Love working with him—-he makes everything easy…scheduling, communicating, etc. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!!!
