Great experience with Kyle today - very thorough and knowledgeable. He did a full inspection of the exterior of the house, pointed out spots where mice could get in, and plugged up the ones he could. Walked with me through the whole house, finding the best spots for different kinds of traps, and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with my choice to go with this company, and hopefully the traps will get the job done, but if they don't, they have a very good guarantee in place if I need further interventions. I hope I never have to see you again, Kyle, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

I called valor for an evaluation which they offer for free and scheduled promptly. Kyle showed up right on time after an appreciated text reminder/eta and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified multiple points of entry in our house that had gone unnoticed, and suggested some helpful tips to address our issues. Thank you for the fantastic service, I will be using valor for all related issues in the future and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for help with pest control!
