Five Stars! Pool Scouts were an absolute lifesaver. I called them in a time-sensitive situation while selling a home for a family member who was facing foreclosure. We urgently needed to get the pool up and running, and they went above and beyond. They squeezed me into their schedule, came out promptly, and did everything they could to get the pool in shape. Not only were they incredibly accommodating, but they also helped identify mechanical issues and recommended the right solutions. They even provided a quote for a new liner for the buyers. The team was professional, responsive, and answered all my questions. I truly couldn’t have asked for a more reliable or fair company to work with. Highly recommend!.

Great company & the owner is very responsive, which is extremely rare in the pool industry. I had another company who used to maintain my pool, their tech damaged it and then ghosted me. Leaving me high & dry. Lucky I found Virginia Certified Pools online and called. The owner picked up immediately and came out to my property the same day. He provided me with a very reasonable estimate for a liner replacement. I signed the contract the next day. He told me he would have my liner replaced as soon as the weather broke in March. Literally in the first week of March, the first good weather day, his pool technician was replacing my liner. Save yourself the headache and just call Virginia Certified Pools for whatever issue you might be having you. You won’t regret.

We bought a new house and it came with a pool that we were not expecting to have in a home but it was in really rough shape. We called one of the big companies here in VB and were ignored. Then we came across Certified Pool and David picked up right away. He got over here quickly and we talked through the vision and he said no problem, that we would be swimming by Summer. And here we are, swimming already! You make a choice going with a local family owned company versus a big corporate company; you get a real person that will help you in a pinch at 8PM on a Sat night because you don’t know how to do all the pool stuff yet. And you get someone trustworthy and friendly. 10/10 definitely recommend this company. He and his son are great people and they care about what they’re doing.

David and Chris were amazing. Quality work and very knowledgeable. This is my first time replacing a liner and they helped me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Virginia Certified Pool.

The service tech completed the repair within 24 hours, preventing greater problems for us. Very pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer!.

Extremely knowledgeable with all kinds of pool water disasters. Helped Me last year get my pool under control and this year we opened it up and boy was she pretty.

I used to go to Leslie’s. Never again. This place is a drive but I don’t care, it’s worth it. People here are friendly and knowledgeable.
