East Coast Computers was great! I called in Monday morning needing help with a new computer and a full data transfer. They were able to see me the same day, and were more than happy to assist with the best price too. I didn’t expect a same-day turnaround, and while it wasn’t ready that day, their turnaround time was still super reasonable. They kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend.

Extremely quick and easy fix on my computer. AIO Pump gave out, replaced it quickly, and helped clean thermal paste/reapply a new coat. Great price and was able to fix it within a day. Highly recommend for anything related to gaming PC repairs.

I had my laptop battery lasting for maybe 30 minutes so I took my laptop in for battery replacement. I also had my fan running a lot when I took it in which possibly meant that my GPU was going bad. Sure enough, the GPU was going bad so it was time to get a new laptop. I tried one of the HP laptops in the shop but it was not up to my standards as it did not have HD+ graphics so I decided I needed to get a better one. Mike, Sam and Steve were all great in assisting me in finding what I needed for my new laptop. Although I did not buy my new laptop from Virgil the guys in the shop were happy to clone my old laptop drive on to my new laptop and had me up and running the same day.
