They have top of the line equipment and were flexible with adding to the initial quote when we added more trees to our removal. Before my husband put in an offer on this house, Andy went out that morning and gave us a quote. He walked us through his recommendations which included stump grinding and mulch removal. Andy was also flexible when we needed to reschedule our appointment due to closing issues. Once Chop & Drop Tree arrived, we were so excited. Andy sent me progress photos as the project went on and was very communicative during this entire process. A few of our neighbors were so impressed with them that they are getting trees removed too. Thank you chop and drop for a job well done! Originally needed this magnolia tree cut down to accommodate my new shed and it was leaning too far into my neighbors property. Due to weather and other times constraints the shed was delivered first. Chop and drop was able to work around the shed and safely remove the tree from the area without any damage to my neighbors or my property! Poor Folks Tree Service is extremely professional and efficient. My wife and I recently had a tree fall on our home and we received multiple price quotes from different tree companies. Some companies had obvious questionable ethics in their price quotes in some cases triple what Poor folks Tree Service offered. These questionable companies did this to gouge insurance companies. Had another company tell me the pecans in my yard were dying and needed removed, called poor folks since they seemed to be arborists first and they came out to do some pretty extensive cleaning. Was most concerned about proximity to the house and guest house for one of them and they didn't even graze the structures, They left the property in better shape than they found it.
