He did a great job; however, Sears customer service is horrible, because you can't get a live person to talk to. There is only 5 or 6 questions to choose from that didn't come close to me getting an answer. I was at the end of my rope, and was about to cancel when he showed up. He came back today, and completed the job. Thumbs up!

Tec was great, my problem was on Wednesday the 7th Tec never showed up and I had to call to see what the problem was, instead of coming the next day I had to wait until the 9th. There was never any commination until I called.

My technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix the problem and cleaned up after.

Max was great - I would recommend him to anyone. He confirmed my appointment within a few minutes of putting in my request online and notified me when he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and fixed it. He was very courteous and professional. I will call on him again for any other appliance repair needs I have.

I was having issues with my dishwasher. I checked online and found Max to have the highest ratings so I gave him a try. Simply, Max is great. He was very responsive and fixed my problem immediately. I would highly recommend him.

Max was fast, efficient, courteous, and followed up to verify the repair was still effective some time afterwards. My highest recommandation!

Marcello, his wife, and his team have serviced my appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) for more than 5 years. They are as honest as they come! Today, on a holiday weekend, he took my call, listened to my two problems, and instead of scheduling a service call $$$, he gave me advice right over the phone. The first issue has to do w/ my downdraft cooktop. He suggested how I might be able to fix it on my own. The second issue has to do w/ my washing machine which lately sounds like a jet engine. (He suggested it would be smarter to replace it than fix it). He didn’t make a dime, but he earned my respect once again. I wanted to leave this review to help people who might be on the fence about who to trust for their appliance repairs.

I have worked with Marcello and Appliance Guy for years now. He is the BEST appliance repair guy I have ever experienced. Fair, reasonable, truthful, and extremely likeable, knowledgeable, and nice. In my business with my rentals he is exemplary. When I find a great contractor like Marcello, I refer them to others. Service such as his is hard to find. Try others if you wish, but "good luck".

Our Repair Guy, Joaquin, was great. He was professional, yet friendly and got the job done excellently. We’d have him come back anytime.
