Josh and his partner did a fantastic job inspecting a 120 year old house with over 3000sqft. They were very educated, and were casual and easygoing, while also being outstandingly formal and professional when needed. When I decided to work with Safe House, my full quote was filled almost immediately, and with 2 hours I was scheduled for the following day. Before I'd even left the property after the inspection, the finalized report was in my email. They were extremely conscious of my time and I will certainly be booking this company again for my next property in Hampton Roads.

I am a first time home buyer and the Safe House Team made everything super easy and fast! We were able to get an inspection within 24hours of first call. Super thorough and educated team completed my inspection! Highly suggest asking for Mike Schar to be your inspector. The final report is presented with great detail but easy to read findings.

Dan was also extremely helpful after the inspection. He not only helped us understand the best way to complete the repairs, he recommended companies, products and gave us estimated costs. Emily was great! Super thorough and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. Every little thing in the house had multiple pictures taken, video, and a detailed explanation of what it was and why it was a concern. If we need a reinspect, I'm absolutely calling and asking for her.
