DeVaughn was very professional, informative and thorough while inspecting my unit. He suggested that I get a part to prevent any further rust so I went ahead and purchased that. He cleaned my unit inside and out; free of debris and pollen. I been dealing with them for a few years now and they exceed my expectations every time. After about 5 years my unit is still holding up pretty well.

Jacob provided really great service. He was so kind and knew what he was talking about. He fixed the issue quickly and was honest about what I needed. Definitely someone who can be trusted and just so pleasant too. We greatly appreciate him and what he did for our family to get us comfortable again!

Isiah did a great job. He communicated well. Neat and Polite. Made sure to make me aware of changes and things to look at in the future if needed. I value the professional service that 1 hour provides.

My father recommended Guy Smith to me and said they were super professional. Bruce was our project manager, Josh and D came out and did the system replacement. All 3 were super nice and very concerned with getting my home and HVAC system to where I wanted it. Bruce walked me through all the options and helped me pick out the best for my needs. Josh and D did the job in 4 hours exactly as estimated and you can’t even tell they were here. Very personable guys and very clean.

We had an excellent experience with Timothy Berry from Guy Smith Heating Cooling & Plumbing. Timothy was prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our AC issue, identifying two small wires that were touching and causing a short. His professionalism and expertise were outstanding. As loyal customers of Guy Smith for many years, we highly recommend their services and technicians like Timothy!

I called with a problem with our heating system, and a technician was at our house within three hours!!! The tech (Dom) was amazing. He was efficient and kind! He diagnosed our problem and had it repaired within the hour. I would highly recommend Guy Smith. While they were here, we even set up a plan with them thanks to Lynn in their office. She also was extremely nice and efficient!
