He made sure I understood what to expect and provided helpful tips for long-term pest prevention. His attention to detail and commitment to quality service truly stood out. Not only was he efficient in handling the issue, but he was also friendly and respectful, making the entire experience stress-free. Been using Accel’s services for three+ years now and they are reasonable, professional, and always responsive/flexible to work around our schedule and needs. Aside from their normal quarterly treatments to keep our house pest-free, they’ve also quickly responded to our out-of-cycle emergencies (past wasp and flea infestations). And with much higher success and better prices than others we’ve tried. Sean is our regular technician and he is first rate; incredibly friendly, a master of his field, and a true professional. Bit the bullet and have been with Orkin for just over a year now.. I am so impressed with the results! We live in Norfolk, on the water with a ton of trees and have been dealing with the DREADED Virginia “water bug” for years! One of the Best investments I’ve done for the house. With dogs in and out all the time as well, I am not as fearful for the critters getting into my house and can sleep with ease. Lesmus is very thorough and detailed. I will be a long term customer! Chris Hogan did a good job in inspecting my attic. He is very thorough and share me what needs to be done. I told him gave me quote and if I like it I will go for it and I did. He communicate to the customer and he is there when you asked question and he is the man. He’s very professional, kind, friendly, we joke around and smile.

Christian visited today from Terminix for an inspection. He was so polite and professional. Everyone there has been great in the past as well. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. He was very honest, did a thorough inspection, and told me he didn't see any problems. I love the honesty and professionalism, and that's why I call them and no one else.

Excellent work by all the staff, but a special shoutout to Christian and Jeremy who have gone beyond the call of duty. Steve is great too. Great attention to detail and all the little extra little touches. I highly recommend Terminix!
