Had a wonderful experience with wholesale roofers. Ray Hunt came out & went through the entire process with us & showed us the quality materials they were going to use. Very honest and upfront and didn’t push us to buy anything we didn’t need or want. The crew came out on schedule and were very professional and courteous. Had some issues when the old roof was removed, but was taken care of by Gregg & Gregg who made it right. These guys really paid attention to detail & we couldn’t be happier! Everything from start to finish was flawless. Went with this company over another that was double their price. All the bells and whistles included with this one, plus the unlimited wood they would supply if my roof needed it, top-notch. Since I actually needed 10, which would’ve been a last-minute expense that I did not count on, if we went with another company. The salesman was very knowledgeable and so were the people who installed the roof.

Exceptional Service!!!! Our front roof somehow obtained a hole. Snow was in route. It was freezing cold, parts of the roof gutter and siding fell off. Prior to contacting Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors we contacted several other roofing companies who did a no-call no show, sent messages stating that the technician was in route, failed to return phone calls or they were just sorry due to overbooking........... My husband had just returned home from the hospital. Trying to take care of him and make sure all is well with our home was overwhelming. Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors was very professional, on time, cost-effective, and the job was done beautifully. They even cleaned up after themselves. I am very impressed with the fantastic job Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors did to my house. I called Marc Reitzel to do this job because he came to my home a few years ago to look at a leak problem I had. He was honest with me and showed me how I could delay doing a roof replacement when others just tried to sell me a roof job before I needed it. I contracted Reitzel on a Monday and within one and a half weeks, the job was completed. They peeled off the old roof and installed a roof and new shutters. The crew that did the work were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and extremely courteous. They were very careful to not damage my existing gutters, and they worked diligently to keep my property clean and undamaged. This job took one and half days to complete, start to finish. The materials that were used are what I consider to be "top-of-the-line" and of very high quality. I very highly recommend Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors to anyone looking for high quality workmanship and top-of-the-line materials at a very decent and fair price.

Outstanding work! Marc provided us with an estimate to replace our front porch posts and railings that took into account our desire not to drill into our house siding. In addition, the estimate compensated for issues in the original house construction to make for a stronger final product. The project was completed in a professional manner. The crew did a great job, including clean up.
