Great company very friendly and cool people! Hank the tank came around and warned me about the contract i signed with adt/safe heaven security and offered me a cheaper contract and more security coverage around my home. The tech was a few minutes early to the scheduled install which was great! he did everything without complaint installing everything within 45 minutes and didnt try upsell me on anything. He also explained how everythings works clearly. Now Hank was on point he handled the adt contract cancelation and made evrything very easy for me. he also checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was 100% satisfied, 5 star service on his part!

We had a great experience with Vector Security from start to finish. Hank did an excellent job walking us through our options and making sure we got exactly what we needed to keep our family safe. He listened to our concerns and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, which we really appreciated. When it came time for installation, Isack the technician did a great job. He was professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to answer all of our questions so we understood how everything worked. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Vector Security

Customer service is #1. I have always been able to contact someone if I had a question with my service or equipment. The security system was installed by builder and the sales rep Josh helped me upgrade the equipment for my needs. The tech Robert has never failed me and helped me understand the system for the best results.

They are experienced and knowledgeable on their equipment and services they offer, especially Mike M. I can't say enough of their customer service manager (Cristen). She is fantastic and so helpful with information and getting service out to us promptly.

We just finished a project at the VB oceanfront and could not be more pleased with the service provided. The staff clearly laid out a plan to address the issues with the existing alarm panel that could not handle the upgraded fire pump. They are also helping us on another project with the security system and onsite monitoring during the construction project. Great personnel with the knowledge and right attitude to get the job done.

ASI service is very prompt, polite, efficient and even applied conscious awareness of foot apparel when entering home. I have had the service for 5 years and will continue with confidence. I recommend to all my friends and associates.
