The salesman who came to our house was very professional, knowledgeable & courteously. He answered all of our questions & helped us design a system that my wife & I are very happy with. The install tech who came to our home was just as professional, knowledgeable & courteous. He explained every component of the system & how it worked. He walked is both through every function of our new system. Now I can feel comfortable knowing my home is secure while my family is home & away. I definitely recommend Power Home Technologies to anyone looking for a home security system!

As I was shopping around for a home security system I knew I wanted to go with a local company and Coastal Security Group came highly recommended! Josh came out to my home and addressed all of my questions, concerns and security needs. Glenn came out and did the install and was very professional and neat and tidy. He walked me through the process of using my keypad and doorbell camera (which is awesome!) The security system was installed by builder and the sales rep Josh helped me upgrade the equipment for my needs. The tech Robert has never failed me and helped me understand the system for the best results.
